Sub-processors
1. Overview
To deliver Motionode Check (“Mo”), Motionode, Inc. (“Motionode”, “we”) engages the sub-processors below. They process personal data only as needed to provide the Service, in accordance with our agreements and our Privacy Policy.

2. Core infrastructure & payments

| Cloud infrastructure providers | Hosting, storage, networking, and operation of the Service (e.g. application and database hosting). |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and billing for paid plans. |
Processing location follows each vendor’s standard regions and terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Integrations you enable
When you connect an integration, the provider may process data you choose to share with Mo (for example messages or repository metadata). Those providers are sub-processors for your workspace only to the extent you use the integration.

4. AI / LLM
Certain Mo features use large language models to analyze text (for example, Slack-derived context or pull-request content) to support decisions and checks. Depending on configuration, inference may use OpenAI APIs and/or keys you supply in project settings. OpenAI’s processing is subject to OpenAI’s terms and policies.
5. Changes
We will update this page when we add or replace a sub-processor. Where your agreement with Motionode requires advance notice, we will provide notice in line with that agreement.
