b. Integration Data (with your permission)

  • Team chat data from Slack and Microsoft Teams (messages where Mo is invited/mentioned, plus related thread context needed to capture decisions)
  • Code host data from GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket (repository metadata and pull/merge request context needed to run checks)
  • Issue tracker / work management data from Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Asana, Monday.com, and Basecamp (project/work item metadata and comments/updates where decisions are captured)
  • Documents you upload to the Service (files and extracted text used to identify and operationalize written rules)

c. Usage Data

  • Logs
  • Feature usage
  • System interactions

3. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Analyze decisions and code alignment.
  • Improve product performance.
  • Communicate with users.

4. Data Access & Scope

We only access the minimum data required to:

  • Detect decisions.
  • Compare against code changes.
  • Generate alerts.

We do not read unrelated messages or data outside scope.
