By accessing or using Motionode Check ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Motionode Check analyzes project communications (e.g., Slack) and code repositories (e.g., GitHub) to identify potential inconsistencies between decisions and code changes.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You authorize Motionode to access data via connected services.
• We only access data necessary to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect these tools.

• The Service is billed at $49 per project per month.
• A 14-day free trial is provided.
• After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically.
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Access data you do not have authorization for.

• You retain ownership of your data.
• You grant us a limited license to process data to provide the Service.
• We do not claim ownership over your code, messages, or content.

• The Service provides automated insights and alerts.
• Results may not be fully accurate.
• You are responsible for final decisions and code changes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Motionode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use poses risk to the platform.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
